Graham's NV Six Grapes Port-Dark red colour, with a seductive rich perfume of ripe plums and cherries. On the palate complex, with an excellent structure and a long lingering finish.

Graham's NV 20 Year Tawny Port-The pale amber Twenty Year Old is light and gloriously smooth. It has a full, nutty bouquet, the classic Graham's richness and a soft lingering aftertaste.

Hidalgo NV La Gitana Manzanilla (500 ml)-The standard of type and leader both in Spain and abroad. Manzanilla is the rarest of all authentic sherries, being uniquely site-specific in origin. Matured beneath a constant veil of yeast (called flor) as only occurs in beachfront and protected cliffside bodegas of sanlucar, giving Manzanilla a dry, haunting delicacy analogous to fine Champagne.

Cockburn Fine Ruby-Cockburn's Fine Ruby port is a blend of young wines from various years, aged for three to five years and bottled after filtration. It retains the red color and fruit flavor of youth, and is ready to drink when bottled, offering a rich, fruity, sweet taste.

Fonseca 10 year-old Tawny-Fonseca Ten Year Old Tawny Port is russet in color with brilliant crimson highlights and a fragrant, ripe-fruit bouquet. Its smooth, silky texture and subtle oak nuances are balanced by a fresh acidity and tannic "grip" that culminate in a long, elegant, plummy finish. Tawny Ports of age will not improve once bottled; they should be served at room temperature or barely cool at the end of a meal with nuts or not overly-sweet desserts.

Taylor Fladgate 20 Year-old Tawny-Another magnificent and finely-balanced old tawny blend of outstanding richness and complexity. This rare Port is traditionally enjoyed as a dessert wine or at the end of the meal. Ideal for summer drinking, Taylor's 20 Year Old Tawny may be served cool.

 

Lyss-Doux Gruner Veltliner Eiswein 2000-A classic white dessert wine from Austria that has the sweetness to stand up to dessert pairings, and a very good deal for an Ice Wine.

 

Campbelss NV Muscat Rutherglen (half-Bottle)-Bright amber gold with copper hints. The nose reveals fresh raisin fruit backed by a hint of fortifying spirit and aged oak characters while the palate is luscious and mouthfilling with raisin fruit followed by a long finish.
